Come and meet our alpacas at the Alpine Rock

There are 5 of them, Bolivian or Chilean, small and gentle. They produce wool that is naturally spread over twenty shades. They have just arrived at the Jardin d’Acclimatation… They are the alpacas. Come and visit them at the Alpine Rock, between the Korean Garden and the Big Paddling Pool. Hyena, Cheyenne, Rose, Cloé and Orphée await you. A couple of turkeys, precursors of other gallinaceans, has just entered the Alpine Rock. These birds and camelids have taken a liking to each other and our visitors are invited to come and witness their entente cordiale. A magnificent moment; you will be able to enter their enclosure and get up close to them in the company of an animal keeper.

Opening times: from 10.30am to 1pm, and from 2.30pm to 5pm
Saturday and Sunday
Free admission (limited number of places available)

The team of carers looks after our animal friends 24/7, 365 days a year. They are our experts in nutrition, care and hygiene. To contribute to our animals' good health, it is important not to feed them yourselves.
